After some lunch, we went to the Texas State Aquarium .  It was nice and cool inside and we had a really good time. 
   The aquarium is focused on the sea life found in the Gulf of Mexico and has some fascinating exhibits.  As you walk through, they start with the small things you'd find near the shore and work their way to deeper waters.

They have areas where you can touch some of the sea creatures such as stingrays and sea urchins and they have regular shows with the dolphins.  They also have a "Wild Flight Theater, but we didn't see that show.
